Since 2020, I have been supporting women in birth as a doula and student midwife. I specialize in natural, physiological birth in the homebirth setting, yet I am honored to support women in every birthing environment—home, birth center, or hospital. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to autonomy and informed decision-making.

I am passionate about educating women and their families so they can confidently navigate choices surrounding pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn care. Drawing on my hands-on experience in birth work and the knowledge I’ve gained through my nursing and midwifery studies, I provide evidence-based information that empowers families to make decisions that align with their values, goals, and vision for their birth.

Because comfort and trust are essential in the birthing space, I take time to build genuine, supportive relationships with the families I serve. Birth is powerful and intense—and the journey into motherhood can feel overwhelming. It is a true honor to walk alongside families in whatever ways they most need and desire.
