How it all started

Throughout my years of attending births I noticed a huge gap in accessible, easy to navigate, evidence-based information for women. Many of the women I worked with found themselves endlessly searching the internet without getting clear answers they could trust.

There is just not enough time during our prenatal appointments to cover everything about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and newborn care. I tried my best to cover as much information as I could but this ended up being overwhelming and women were not able to retain what I was teaching them.

This is why I created the Knowledge is Power Birth Prep Course. Every woman is unique and her needs in pregnancy and birth are going to be unique as well. I created this comprehensive resource to fill in the gaps for women who are wanting evidence-based information for an empowered birth.
